artisticIt took me a little long to cut the tshirt because my sissors aren't the sharpest and I did it really roughly. I cut the strands about the width of my thumb. Then I taught myself to knit using vids on youtube and voila!
(If you don't have any knitting sticks like me.. CHOP STICKS work just as good!)
This is a great way to recycle old ts. I can't wait to learn how to knit a hat.
